"Blue Moonlight" is an atmospheric oil pastel painting/drawing of a view across fields and trees in the chill of night with a swirling foreboding sky above. Again in a Post-Impressionistic style which seems to fit well with it as brighter pastel colours can be used for a deeper effect.
